Dr. Mary Ritz is the President of Almenta International, a training and consulting firm that specializes in Customer Centricity Transformation, Leadership and Team Development, and Strategy Consulting. With a passion for empowering and educating individuals to reach their maximum potential, Dr. Ritz works with diverse organizations to help them see the best in themselves, develop their skills, and drive positive change.

Her approach is rooted in the belief that businesses must prioritize the customer to remain profitable and relevant. However, she also emphasizes the importance of people—leadership and teams—in achieving customer-centric goals. This has led her to adopt a systemic view that integrates customer management, leadership development, and team development to enhance business performance.

Dr. Ritz is a dynamic trainer, facilitator, and consultant with a proven track record in leadership and team development, customer management strategies, and organizational transformation. She holds an MBA in International Business and a PhD in Customer Centricity, and she is a John Maxwell certified Teacher, Speaker, and Coach.

Residing in Acworth, GA, with her husband, Dr. Ritz enjoys hiking, reading, and volunteering at her local church. She is also a proud cat-mother of two tabbies.
