Cheryl B. Gittens is an educator, community leader, and Principal of Bellavated LLC Consulting, with over three decades in higher education. Dr. Gittens is a trusted partner in enhancing institutional success for educational and non-profit organizations. She focuses on professional development, strengthening relationships, maximizing partnerships, and sustaining programmatic and funding support.

Previously, as Senior Director of Learning Programs and Partnerships at the Clinton Foundation, she promoted inclusivity and equity while enhancing organizational efficiency through data-driven approaches. Gittens also served as Associate Vice Provost of Faculty and Staff Affairs at the University of Wisconsin-Madison, where she advanced leadership development for faculty and staff. Her career includes roles at the University of Virginia, Virginia Tech, Northern Virginia Community College, and the Boys and Girls Club of Dane County. Gittens’ commitment to elevating people, leadership, programs, and communities positively impacts the non-profit and educational sectors.
